Approach to Counselling & How I Work

Sometimes the hardest step is the first step. By attending therapy, you are giving yourself the opportunity to navigate the challenges and complexities of life. Many people have to manage tough experiences they need to heal from. In the first session, you and I will talk to determine whether we could work well together. We will discuss your reasons for exploring counselling and how I can help.
