Niki Cassar is qualified and experienced in doing face-to-face consultations and also online hypnosis with you, in the safety and comfort of your own home, wherever you are on the globe!

Niki is a highly-trained 5-Path Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regressionist, specialising in QHHT. Following completion of her hypnotherapy training in the UK, she became one of the first therapists in the UK to travel to the USA to do intensive training with Cal Banyan (recognised as one of the world's most inspired and dedicated master hypnotists and teachers), resulting in a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy and 5-PATH® (Five Phase Advanced Therapeutic Hypnosis).

5-PATH® is a highly advanced and modern form of hypnotherapy. It is a systematic, approach, designed to remove all the barriers caused by negative programming, by reframing and neutralising misperceptions and limiting beliefs that prevent us from moving forward and being successful in doing everything we came into this world to do.

Niki Cassar is also certificated in Past Life Regression and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), having trained in the USA with two of the world's leading Past Life Regressionists and famous authors, Dr Brian Weiss and Dolores Cannon. She has successfully conducted many hundreds of online sessions of PLR/QHHT since 2019, and has built an extensive list of global clients!

Background & Hypnotherapy Qualifications

After 30 years of working as a film producer in London's advertising industry, and following the death of her husband (also her business partner) in 1995, Niki made the decision to move on and re-train in a profession that would give her the opportunity to help others in a more meaningful way, rather than encouraging them to buy products they mostly didn't really want or need!

She first opened the door of her practice at the turn of the century, namely the year 2000, and has been working with clients on a full-time basis ever since; firstly in Surrey and London's Harley Street, followed by a year in the Scottish Highlands, and for the past 10 years on the South Somerset/North Dorset border.

Her qualifications are numerous, and she is experienced in working with almost any issue presented by her clients, both from the UK and many other parts of the world.

Approach to Hypnotherapy & How I Work

Niki always begins by arranging a time to have a free 30 minute phone or online chat with anyone who is interested to work with her. After listening to a brief snapshot of their issue, she then explains how she might help them and invites questions. There is no sales pressure whatsoever, and the potential client can then either make an appointment or go away and take the time to think about their options.

In addition to face-to-face consultations, Niki offers online sessions of both hypnotherapy and Past Life/QHHT, enabling you to work with her from the safety and comfort of your own home. Using a remarkable hypnotic induction specially developed by Cal Banyan in the USA, her clients are able to experience a deep level of hypnosis known as 'somnambulism' just as quickly and easily as if they were in the same room as her. All that is required is a good quality laptop or tablet (sound and vision) and a fast internet connection, plus of course your willingness to follow her instructions!

If the client wishes to have a course of hypnotherapy, they are advised that they will most probably require approximately 6 sessions of 1.5 hours each, ideally one week apart, as, contrary to popular belief, hypnotherapy is NOT a one-hit wonder! As every client is different, there is no guarantee that further sessions may not be required. However, the client's success in resolving their issues can be measured in weeks rather than in years, so the results can be experienced very quickly and cumulatively during the course of therapy.

Past Life and QHHT sessions of between 2 and 4 hours may be booked on an individual basis, and there is no requirement to book a course, but most people can see the benefit of returning for further sessions within their own personal time-frame.

My whole practice and experience is based on Regression therapy, or 'regression to cause' as it's sometimes known. I work on the idea that, in order to resolve issues that are bothering us in the here and NOW, we need to uncover and neutralise the roots and causes from the PAST, and in that way, we can be free to live in the NOW without fear of what might happen in the FUTURE.
