BSc Homeopathy (First Class Hons), LCHE, MARH, Dip Psych, BA (Hons)
I was in my mid-forties and 13 years into my second career as a consultant and trainer in organisational innovation and change when I suddenly felt so anxious, exhausted and ill that I went to a homeopath. I put it down to the stress of work and mothering a toddler. What I now know is that I had gone into perimenopause.
I was so impressed by the results of the homeopathic treatment, that I left my job and embarked on a 3-year degree in Homeopathic Medicine, qualifying first degree Honours in 2012. And the rest, as they say, is history!
Menopause
When I am asked what kind of homeopath I am, I say 'I'm a flexible homeopath". This is because I am trained in both classical and practical methods, and therefore am able to choose the method and strategy that best fits the patient and their symptoms.
And when it comes to menopause, I include stress management, nutrition and lifestyle medicine in my advice
I see clients monthly (usually), either face-to-face or by Zoom / FaceTime / Skype etc. The first session is 120', the monthly follow-ups are 45-60 mins.
The group menopause programme is online, with a pre-recorded pathway of bite-size tutorials + a twice-monthly live Zoom support / coaching group
