Background & Hypnotherapy Qualifications

I am a qualified and registered clinical hypnotherapy. I have also completed extensive training opportunities post qualification, this being in pain management, weight management, past life regression and now about to complete Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner course. I am registered also with hypnotic world, which I have access to most up to date hypnotherapy research and really beneficial materials, that helps me so much, when supporting clients.

I have had to overcome my own life adversities, including having to come to terms with the significant loss of my father when only 20 years old, through skin cancer. There has been many positive and negative experiences in my life so far and I feel these different experiences has helped me become the experienced hypnotherapist I am today, as I can empathise and understand how particular issues would be impacting greatly on others and be focused and dedicated, in helping clients overcome these life adversities.

My Specialisms

* I have a HND in Public Services, through Swansea University.
* I am a qualified and registered Hypnotherapist.
* I am close to qualifying too, as a NLP Practitioner. NLP standing for Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP works so well together with Hypnotherapy. It's compliments each other so well, to provide a more holistic care of support for a client, who could be facing challenges with losing weight, giving up cigarettes or vapes, phobia's, anxiety issues and many other challenges we can face at times in our lives.

I offer a very relaxing experience, within my sessions and it not only very soothing and relaxing and takes you away from stresses of life, but also removes/lightens the heighten distresses your challenges give you emotionally when you in the very soothing state of hypnosis. You will feel much lighter, much more focused and positive about your life going forwards, after just one session of hypnotherapy. This is without also resolving the issues over a number of sessions, that was important to you.

I provide a FREE 45MIN Consultation online. If special request to meet in person for this FREE 45MIN Consultation then I can also agree to this, within the two areas of South Wales that Hypnotherapy8 is based. This is Gorseinon in Swansea or Carmarthen.

If you do not feel hypnotherapy is for you after this consultation, then I fully accept your decision and will not make any follow up calls or emails to you etc. This is fully respected.

I offer 45min sessions for £40 in person and an even more incredibly low price of £30 online for a 45min session. I can offer these low prices, due to only taking on a few clients at a time, due to my other commitments and hypnotherapy8 provides itself currently on offering very low cost hypnotherapy sessions. My passion is helping others who are eager to improve their lives and overcome barriers and life burdening challenges.
