I am a person-centred counsellor with twenty years' experience of working with bereavement,career-issues,relationships,separations of all kinds and new beginnings.
I work with adults on the phone but also face-to-face,and will discuss a therapy plan with you in the first session.
Creating a comfortable atmosphere in which to open up is our starting-point and once I have established your goals and areas of focus,we gradually move towards a life where you are yourself,fulfilled and taking exciting steps towards your destined path.

Approach to Abdominal Sacral Massage & How I Work

I often find life's individual challenges come wrapped around each other,and it can be hard to isolate or get to the core of issues blocking progress towards the life you deserve.
Healing is a gradual process,but often a few relatively simple steps can open up new possibilities and enjoyment of life.

The first sessions are a chance to get comfortable and connected in an atmosphere of comfort where you can feel free to open up so I can feel your strengths,challenges and stumbling-blocks,
I work intuitively to propel clients forward from the first few sessions,and have had very positive results on shorter courses of ten sessions and fewer,as well as on longer courses.
I am always guided by the client and really enjoy seeing you achieve what once felt out of reach.

Additional Rate Information

Individual therapy session,£60 for 50 minutes. Course fees can be discussed,and for students I offer a concessionary rate of £38 per session.
