Teresa,  Just Us Therapy
in Woking

In my comfortable therapy room located in the heart of Woking, just a quick 25-minute train ride from London Waterloo, I offer a confidential, supportive & non-judgmental environment.
I work with individuals & couples to navigate the challenging & often perplexing areas of life, relationships, & marriage.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental & nurturing space for you to explore the sometimes challenging & confusing aspects of your experiences, thoughts, behaviours & emotions.
You are not broken & you do not need fixing.
Behaviours and mechanisms that once served you, may not be helpful anymore & could be hindering your growth & leave you feeling conflicted. These are not problems to solve; they are survival strategies that need to be understood. My purpose in your journey is to work with you, to gain true self-awareness, empowering you to build confidence, regain control & find balance.
In my many years experience, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients & consider it a true honour to accompany each person on their unique journey, through the ups & downs, the laughter & tears, & the transformative moments of personal growth.
I offer both In-person & Online sessions over Google Meet.

Approach to All Therapies & How I Work

As a person-centred counsellor I believe that we all instinctively know what is best for ourselves.
It is the quality of the relationship between client & counsellor which provides the foundation for successful therapy. I aim to support this very personal process of exploration & growth, & help clients to look at & come to terms with any feelings, behaviours, issues & experiences which can sometimes leave us feeling lost, confused, trapped, or unsettled.
