What to expect?
You will be invited to attend an initial appointment/assessment for us to meet and discuss your needs. If we agree that it will be beneficial to work together, further sessions will be arranged at regular intervals, initially for a fixed period .
Sessions will consist of a combination of talking through issues and/or exploring them through making images (drawing, painting, modelling, collage etc.). It is important to be as open as possible about your feelings during the therapy session, though this might seem difficult to begin with.
If you decide upon art therapy, a range of art materials will be provided for your use , including a folder for your mages, which I will look after for the duration of therapy.
Please note the rates detailed below are there to give you an idea of the therapists standard rates, we strongly advise you contact the therapist for more detailed rates and any offers they may have.
