Approach to Ayurveda & How I Work

Using the principles of Ayurveda, my approach is:

> Treat the whole individual: We are all unique; treatments are personalised, treating every aspect of you; from physical to mental, emotional and social wellness

> Treat the cause: My focus is on identifying and treating the root cause

> Promote innate healing: Our bodies have an innate capacity to heal itself; my role is to provide you with the right tools

> Empower and motivate: My role is to education and encourage you to take control of your health

> Preventative approach: I believe prevention is better than cure hence restoring balance before disease can manifest.
