I was always interested in people - how they interact, use of language, the varieties of physical shape and form and how that helped with certain activities or prevented someone from performing others.

I do believe that we are in touch with a Higher Consciousness and our progress (or otherwise!) through life is directly related to our contact and commitment to that.
This connection also brings answers 'from nowhere' when we have no tangible information to go by, and is probably what we refer to as 'instinct'.
It has served me and my clients, very well over the years and I trust it implicitly

Background & Bowen Technique Qualifications

My mother was a natural 'healer', who just worked for family and friends.
I inherited some of that from her and have been practicing Reiki for almost 30 years.
I gained Reiki 1 in 1995, practitioner in 1996 and then again in 2007, Master in 2010 and Master Teacher in 2019.

I qualified as a masseur in 2007 and Bowen Technique therapist in 2008, with much advanced training in the years since.

Further workshops and mini-courses have introduced me to Emotional Freedom Technique, CranioSacral work and other things which have all become part of the way I work.
I can't tell you I will use a specific therapy during your treatment - each therapist develops a blend of all their learning,

Approach to Bowen Technique & How I Work

I have always felt that the body knows how to heal itself, it just gets stuck in a 'safe mode'.
This is much like a modern car, when something goes wrong and it goes into 'get you home' mode until someone gives it a tweak to sort it.

My work as a therapist has proved this to be true - it is just a matter of finding the right tweak to reset the body, trigger its healing process and get it running well again.

I believe in working with the body, using gentle, modern therapies - there is no back-cracking or neck-clicking, and I don't cause more pain when you are already in pain!
Working gently, inviting the body to let go of problems, is a far more natural way of working.

All clinic rates are £65 for one therapist providing a treatment. REIKI PRICES EXPLAINED One therapist working on one person in clinic - £65 Two therapists working on one person in clinic - £115 One therapist working on one person at a distance - £50 Two therapists working on one person at a distance - £95 Two therapists working on a group at a distance - £40 (NB - special cases only, please ask for details) Two therapists giving a Reiki at the same time gives 4 times the 'power' as it is squared, ie, to the power of 2 (2x 2 =4). I work with a colleague who I trained with 30 years ago and you will always notice the results.
