I take a person-centred and compassionate approach to therapy. My sessions are all about collaboration. We work together, as a team, to help you find new ways to move forward, overcome challenges, and realise your potential. To achieve this, I utilise Cognitive-Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT). This explores the how you think, feel, and behave and the links between them. It is an active form of therapy that looks at making changes and learning tools to address difficulties you are experiencing.
I take a formulation-driven approach towards CBT. This means we work together to develop an understanding of your problem(s), how all the symptoms and difficulties it causes link together, and the causes of the problem. We can then use this formulation as a roadmap to guide treatment and help target the key areas to help you move forward.
Please note the rates detailed below are there to give you an idea of the therapists standard rates, we strongly advise you contact the therapist for more detailed rates and any offers they may have.
Therapy | Appointment Type | Rate | |
---|---|---|---|
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy | Online/Telephone | £60 per 60 minutes |
I offer a free initial consultation lasting 30 minutes. This is an opportunity to gain an outline of your difficulties, if I can help, and if I am the right therapist and approach for you. After this consultation, if you do not wish to proceed further, you are under no obligation to. I understand that a 60 minute session might be too much for some people. If you require shorter sessions to meet your needs then the price can be adjusted accordingly. Discounts available for block bookings.
