During my career in the international corporate world, I witnessed and experienced firsthand how anxiety, stress, low mood, and self-doubt can make your life difficult and sometimes overwhelm you.

Today I feel very privileged to use my life experience, my skills and my passion of personal development to to help you feel and get better.

I work in my busy clinic in Teddington (SW London) and also with clients from all over the world online. I live between Teddington and Grenoble (France).
I'm also a tutor and coach at the UK college of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

i have three grown up children scattered around the globe and four grandchildren. I live with my partner Chris.

Background & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Qualifications

Before changing direction and retraining as a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in 2019,  I worked for 15 years in the corporate world in senior management positions in sales and marketing in France
Before that I worked as a Teacher of English as a Foreign Language again in France
During my whole life, from a teenager onwards, I've also been a keen student and practician of psychological astrology.

- Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (Dip CBH) from the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, London  (Hypno-CBT®) accredited by the British Psychological Society.  Also accredited by NCFE, BPS, GHR, NCH and REBHP 2020

My Specialisms

I work with many people who suffer with skin-picking (Dermotillomania) or hair-pulling (trichotillomania) or any other BFRB (Body focused repetitive behaviour).

As well as BFRB treatment, my therapeutic training, experience and ongoing professional experience are in these areas
- anxiety, self doubt, imposter syndrome
- chronic pain
- nervous habits (nail biting, skin-picking, hairpulling, cheek chewing, bruxism)
- smoking
- fears and phobias


Approach to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & How I Work

In my therapeutic work I use cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, relaxation techniques, mindfulness and astrological counselling to help you overcome your current challenges, and help you put in place the effective coping strategies and self-knowledge that will help you lead the life you want.

My therapy sessions are collaborative, positive and empowering. You already have the answers within, I act as a guide who is with you on your path of self-discovery.
After each session, you receive an email recap that summarizes our work and you also receive any documents or recordings that could be useful to you.

You can work face to face with me at my clinic in Teddington or online. Both are effective.
