I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologists: BSc, Msc, CPsychol, and my main approach to treatment is Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I have 15 + years experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing, working with young people age 16+ and adults.
My training as a Counselling Psychologist began at The Priory Hospital in North London and once qualified, I remained and specialised in the Cognitive and Behavioural Treatment of Anxiety Disorders ( all phobias, panic, trauma, generalised anxiety and social anxiety), Obsessional disorders (OCD, BDD, Health Anxiety), Stress, low self-esteem and relationship issues. I gained experience and specialist skills working within the inpatient and outpatient setting, with individuals and groups. I then worked within the NHS, in a secondary care setting, offering specialist CBT treatment for all major Mental Health problems, with individuals and groups, before setting up my private practice in Central London. Since I receive regular training and supervision.
My training as a Mindfulness teacher began in 2007 and is ongoing, taking place at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University and I receive regular supervision.
I specialise in the treatment of Stress, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessional Disorders, Perfectionism, Self-esteem and Relationship difficulties, using Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness approach to therapy. I work with individuals online via video calls and telephone.
My approach to treatment is tailored to each individual and my training as a chartered counselling psychologist allows me the flexibility to draw on a wide range of psychological theories and practices. My expertise in using Cognitive and Behavioural therapy and Mindfulness for the treatment of all major psychological disorders comes from working in different settings: inpatient, outpatient and community based services, within the private sector and within the NHS.

I have a fixed fee for day time and evening appointment that reflect my expertise and the short term nature of Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I offer appointments via video calls which helps me keep my fees at a competitive rate. However, if you are a student, unemployed or on low income, I am open to negotiate a concession rate that c an suit as both. These lower fee appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis and there is a limit as to how many concession I am able to offer at any one time.
