I've worked as an NHS CBT therapist, taught CBT and hypnotherapy at postgraduate level, and delivered emotional intelligence training in corporate settings. My training includes Schema Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt Coaching, Embodied Systemic Coaching, and REBT. My broad and integrative training allows me to tailor each session to the individual, drawing from both evidence-based and creative approaches.
