I work using all my modalities to help you release any thing from the past that no longer serves you, so you can move on and gain freedom in your life.

In a session with me, I'd work very much on your energetic system, using colour and aromatherapy (Colour Mirror Essences) to help you change any limiting beliefs or behaviours that were holding you back in life.

I can help facilitate change in many areas such as: depression, anxiety, confidence, presentation skills, driving tests, sport performance, weight loss, smoking cessation, addictions, habits, fears and phobias, inner child healing, emotional healing, grief and loss, IBS, achieving life goals and past life healing.

I endeavour to tailor my treatments to cater for your individual needs and to provide you with the necessary tools to make positive changes to your life.

I am happy to do in person sessions (60 or 90 minutes) or remote sessions too.

Additional Rate Information

The regression therapy that I do is Past Life Regression. I am a spiritual Life Coach and offer Soul Plan Readings, Soul Transformation Therapy and Atlantean and Shamanic Healing. I also do remote healing, which I charge £25 a time. If you are on a low income please do get in contact, as I'm very understanding.
