My Integrative Philosophy - BSL Counselling
Welcome to my page BSL Counselling. I will cover a few areas in regard to the way I work and I hope you find the information of use.

I trained with Matrix School of Counselling and Psychotherapy, although I am integrative which means I work with a variety of methods to assist clients I lean towards a humanistic/Psychodynamic approach when working with clients. I like to explore relationships, childhood experiences and working in the moment to create an understanding of a client's current life position.
