My Specialisms

I have over 13 years experience in the field and my life passion has been mental health, specifically neurodiversity. I love learning about the brain and people in general. Autism and ADHD have been the areas of expertise in which my passion and dedication has grown.

I have worked with both neurodiverse children and adults, with my focus being more with adults in the last 4 years as I feel that there is not a lot of support available for adults specifically Autistic and ADHD populations.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I use a person-centered, systems approach to counselling and a non-invasive strength-based approach to neurodiversity coaching.

My coaching style uses various combinations of evidence-based approaches in order to provide effective and individualized support.
