After working in corporate roles and experiencing my own life difficulties, I decided to make a change and do something more meaningful with my life. I love listening to and supporting people, which lead me to Counselling and Therapy. I went on to study and have a postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I help people who are experiencing anxiety and depression and I specialise in working with low self-esteem. In therapy, we will explore where it all began and use techniques to adapt your anxious thoughts and inner self-critic to help you prioritise your needs and re-establish your boundaries, and most importantly - improve how you feel!
It's a difficult process to change life-long habits and navigate your emotions, so we will navigate the issue together at your pace and I'll tailor a treatment plan to work with your individual needs.
