I am a Marital and Family therapist with experience in Adolescents Addiction, LGTBi, and extra marital affairs. I work predominantly using Equine Assisted Therapy in Berkshire, England but I do offer face-to-face and online counselling if preferred or in collaboration. I am a parent of five children, three of whom are step-children that I now class as my own, though it was not an easy road to travel. I have lived in the UK, US and Singapore, and currently work within all three countries.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I like to find out what your goals are and check in often with you to see if we are meeting those goals. I work from a solution focused and systemic perspective when working face-to-face or online. However, I typically work using the Equine Assisted Therapy Approach as I have found clients enjoy the brief aspect of it. 8 sessions are typically equivalent to 20-30 traditional sessions dependent on the approach used. As I am not in this market to take your money needlessly and believe you are the expert of you, I like to work as effectively as possible but I am not afraid to challenge clients when and where needed.
