I work from a Person-Centred Pluralistic approach. Person-centred involves creating a safe, empathic non-judgmental environment for you to explore your feelings and experiences openly. Pluralism acknowledges that no single therapeutic model fits all clients. It consists of drawing from multiple modalities based on your goals and issues, enabling a flexible and adaptable approach to therapy. I will often draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness and Brief solution Focussed therapy approaches.
