My Specialisms

Depression when you are having persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and loss of interest in activities. Therapy can help in managing depression by providing a safe space to explore and address underlying issues, develop strategies and learn new skills to improve mental well-being. Sessions would be between 6-12 weeks depending on how you you are feeling and managing your everyday life.

Anxiety can make you feel restless, excessive worry, difficulty in concentration
and have physical symptoms like a rapid heart beat , sweating,. Therapy can help by providing coping strategies, relaxation technique's and cognitive behavioural interventions to address negative thought patterns and behaviours. Sessions would be between 8-12 weeks depending on your progress and best manage your anxiety.

Anger management , learning how to recognize triggers, manage emotions, and respond constructively in challenging situations. Learn how develop healthier ways of expressing and dealing with anger leading to improved relationships, reduced stress and enhanced overall well-being.
