Approach to Counselling & How I Work

My approach is person-centred and I am sensitive to your needs and am able to offer a free 30-minute no-obligation telephone consultation. Sessions are set to your pace. If you are unsure what counselling may be able to offer you, make a first step by email or phone.

Session Fees: Individuals £50 per session, Couples -£80,
Single session at the cost of £65

Interpreters are welcomed and would need to be arranged by you and at your own additional cost.
Please advise if there are mobility challenges as I am able to offer home visits.
There are some reduced fee spaces are available.

My office space is near: Ilford, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill, Harlow, Waltham Abbey, Woodford, Loughton-A few minutes from the M11 Motorway.
Parking is available on roadside
