My journey into self-development and self-discovery began at a young age and has evolved into a lifelong pursuit. Over the years, I've explored various therapeutic approaches, from traditional counselling to holistic therapies, mindfulness, and meditation retreats. These experiences have shaped my therapy approach, where I've learned the importance of being present and aware, especially when faced with triggers.

Though it's a lifelong practice, staying grounded and aware to what's happening inside allows me to guide others with empathy and understanding.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Additionally, I am a qualified group facilitator, having completed my training at the Gestalt Centre in London. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their professional code of ethics, ensuring that my practice is ethical, safe, and client-centred.

With years of experience as a Yoga teacher and running my own studio, I've integrated mindfulness and body-awareness practices into my therapeutic approach. This unique combination of formal training in psychotherapy and mindfulness practices allows me to offer a holistic approach, supporting clients in exploring their emotional patterns, relationships, and self-awareness.

As a therapist, I am committed to guiding clients toward meaningful, lasting change through both one-on-one sessions and group facilitation in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.
