I have training and experience in a wide range of issues including anxiety, relationship issues, generalised anxiety disorder, depression, bereavement, emotional and sexual abuse, trauma, stress, family issues, sense of betrayal, anger management, panic disorder, low self esteem, inter cultural issues.
Most people at some time in their life experience distressing thoughts or feelings. Sometimes it is the result of life events, sometimes it feels as if the problem has always been there.Those feelings and thoughts may become more manageable with support.
I can help you to explore those thoughts and feelings in a safe non judgemental way.

An initial interview to explore what brings you to counselling, what you would like to achieve and then decide if we want to continue to work together.
Regular appointments are usually on a weekly basis. the work can be short term or long term. A counselling session normally lasts 50 minutes then we allow up to an extra ten minutes for practical arrangements.
