Hello and a warm welcome, I am Paula a highly experienced massage and complementary therapist, counsellor and life coach with 20 years in my field. I specialise in pain management through massage therapy, helping to relieve chronic muscle tension.

We are all under pressure these days to work harder and longer and we forget to look after our health leading to pain and stiffness, tension and stress. I aim to help you achieve more harmony and balance in your life whether it is your emotional or physical wellbeing.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

I started my journey as a therapist over 20 years ago, studying as a complementary therapist in Leicester. I found that I had a natural ability to feel where clients stored tension and stress in their bodies and this became the focus on my therapy journey, continuing to study and find out more about the body and how it works. After working in private practice for over 10 years I found I also had good listening skills and this prompted me to begin my training as a life coach and counsellor and I have now been counselling since 2020.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

All my therapies aim to aid relief of pain and tension and with my range of experience, I can tailor the treatment to your specific needs. As an advanced massage therapist I can offer a bespoke service for example, If you are a menopausal woman with joint pain, I could offer deep tissue massage with a special blend of aromatherapy oils to ease pain and balance hormones, followed by some reflexology working on the endocrine system.

I have a lovely quiet therapy room in my own home. It is warm, inviting and confidential.

I adhere to professional guidelines and offer a free phone consultation before proceeding with therapy to make sure your treatment plan is right for you. I also hold an enhanced DBS.

Bookings are by appointment only and payment can be via bank transfer or cash on the day.
