Using a pluralistic approach (meaning that we will work together to decide on the outcome that is right for you), we can unpack your story of what has happened, what is currently happening and how we can develop a counselling process where you are able to set the foundations for what happens next.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

1. BSc (First Class Hons) Psychology with Counselling
2. CPCAB Level 2 in Counselling Skills
3. Certified Practitioner of N.L.P

My Specialisms

* Grief/Bereavement.
* Depression, Anxiety, Stress/Distress or other mild to moderate Mental Health conditions.
* Traumatic experiences (as defined by you).
* Loss of direction, meaning, or purpose.
* Those experiencing maladaptive (inappropriate) thoughts that serve self destructive purposes.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

Therapy can be undertaken in person or online.

There are 3 rooms to choose from in person, to make sure that we can select an environment that is right for you.

A session will last for 55 minutes and can be arranged at a time that is right for you with morning, afternoon and early evening availability.

Additional Rate Information

Free initial 15 minute consultation to decide if you would like to proceed further. Thereafter - £55 per session (55 minutes) or £200 for 4 sessions over 4-6 weeks
