I have suffered from a child with trauma and been through allot of mental health problems from a young age right up to in my 20,s.
This has given me massive insight to mental health and allot of knowledge.
And I've recently qualified to be able to help others who suffer day to day life challenges because of mental health I offer different strategies to cope and heal from traumas. I am flexible with times and days to suit clients .
