I am a counsellor and trainee psychotherapist. I am a trauma trained counsellor. I am trained to use hypnosis in session. I am am a Registered member of the BACP and a trainee member of UKCP. I have my own Private Practice and have worked for a charity dealing with survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse.

My Specialisms

I specialise in person centered theory, but I use CBT, Existentialism, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic theory and dream analysis.
I will use whatever tools I have to give you the best therapy that suits your individual needs and requirements.
I use hypnotherapy for childbirth, fertility and Post Natal Depression in treatment.
I works with adults aged 18 years to 70 plus years.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I work with clients for 50 minute sessions. First we will outline any issues and goals. Then we will work towards a solution to the issues you are facing.
