After a major personal set back in life, virtually on the verge of giving up my life I met my master Dr Allan Sweeney who through complimentary therapy Reiki and meditation transformed my life and introduced me the trans-formative world of healing through holistic therapy.

Through his spiritual guidance, I started my journey and became certified in Usui Reiki stage 1, 2 & 3 practising Reiki, Crystal & energy healing, Yoga & meditation for over 4 years whilst giving birth to two beautiful boys which was a miracle in itself.

My practice of Reiki, Crystal healing and Meditation continued throughout my journey & I continued my own research on how other complimentary therapies help such as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Colour therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Sound healing through continuous self-development.

Through my journey I feel privileged meeting many enlightened Souls who have helped me heal @SandraHanagan, @AnupCarlsson, @PhillPermutt and @PennyKing to name a few.

Till today Mindful meditation, Crystals, Reiki, Yoga, Art therapy and Sound therapy is embedded in my life philosophy & core self-belief.

Realising we all have the capability to heal our life, knowing all we need is the guidance & knowledge, I decided to add a positive impact & help adults & children in many areas of their lives through delivering workshops.

Today I am the founder of Gemhance, helping transform the lives through mindful meditation classes, 1-2-1 sessions enabling people to achieve their goals, learning to let go of trauma & live in the present working on emotional, mental & spiritual energies using a fusion of Reiki, Crystal Energy, Art & Mindful meditation healing therapies.
