I am also Breathwork & Pranayama Facilitator, a Matrix Reimprinting & NLP Practitioner and a Personal Development Coach.

I have extensive experience in working with people with varied mental health issues, such as anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD and traumas.

I also have a specialised practice where I help people who struggle with alcohol use to help them stop drinking and maintain their sobriety. Within this practice I also work with family members who are affected by someone else's alcohol or substance issue.

My work is client-led. You are in the driving seat and will decide where you want to go. I will be beside you to facilitate the change you will initiate.

I will gently challenge you for you to make progress towards your desired outcome.

By meeting you exactly where you are and tapping on whatever emotion comes up, we will allow your body and mind to guide us where we need to go to decrease or release the unpleasant feelings associated with triggers, past memories, thoughts and behaviours.
