Approach to Emotional Freedom Technique & How I Work

I subscribe to the Sidran Institute's Recovery Bill of Rights for Trauma Survivors.

I ask questions to get to the bottom of things. However, you are always in control of what you share and you don't need to share anything at all if you don't want to. Tapping still works!

I won't ask you to sign up to any number of sessions or frequency, as far as I'm concerned, that's completely up to you.

I work remotely via zoom or in person in Headingley, Leeds.

Before we start I will send you a short questionnaire and will ask for payment up front to secure your session, which is fully refundable with more than 24 hours notice and 50% refundable thereafter.
