Welcome. I am a holistic practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience using a multi-disciplinary approach to help individuals, couples and families toward their healing journey. My work is based on the principles of systemic family constellation, acupuncture and taoism modalities such as qigong and meditation. I am also a certified EFT practitioner and Reiki Master offering both individual and group healing sessions online and in person.

I have a keen interest in working with women and couples who are trying to conceive or have already conceived their child through IVF, egg/sperm donor or have adopted or are considering adoption/egg/sperm donation, pregnancy, menopause and issues arising for women.

My aim is to assist you in creating movement and shifts from within, bringing in awareness to personal and relational dynamics and explore what is blocking you or stoping you from living a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Background & Family Constellation Qualifications

I am a fully certified Systemic Family Constellations Therapist by the Centre of Systemic Constellation and I am also a member of the International Systemic Constellations Association.

I hold a bachelors degree in Traditional Acupuncture and a Diploma in Oriental Medicine. I am a full member of the British Acupuncture Council.

I am a certified EFT practitioner by The EFT Centre.
I am a certified NLP practitioner.
And a Reiki Master.

Certified Qigong Instructor.

I have attended numerous workshops and trainings in a number of energy healing modalities, bodywork, shamanism and qigong. I'm passionate about what I do and l am committed to continue learning and advancing my practice.
