Approach to Fascial Stretch Therapy & How I Work

My treatment approach is eclectic, bringing together all the training I have done into one tailor made treatment for the client I am working with.

Structural Integration has had a reputation for being painful, but this is not the case now and it doesn't need to be.

I offer Structural Integration and Bodywork treatments, as well as Frederick Stretch Therapy™ and also the Rossiter Stretching Technique, which uses the feet. This is extremely effective for eradicating pain quickly. I live and practice near Cirencester in Gloucestershire.
