"I had never heard of Havening before Mark introduced me to the concept. Being a bit of a "seeker", I was intrigued to experience what Mark was offering and I can firmly say it really opened my eyes to complementary therapies. I'm not clear if Havening is a modern approach or if it's been around for a while, but for me, I really connected with Mark and the issue that I brought to the table no longer exists for me; that was due, in great part, to Mark's professional approach and the way he conducted the session. I'd thoroughly recommend Mark as a practitioner and I rate him highly."

"I would recommend a session with Mark using the Havening techniques. Mark is very friendly, professional and quickly makes you feel at ease. I was a little sceptical at first that my fear of needles could be sorted forever in just an hour but honestly, I did! I have since been able to watch needles on TV and hold them in my hand -2 things I could never do before. I feel that I could definitely go & give blood too without fainting or bursting into tears. Its amazing. Trust him and be open to the technique and it could work for you too. Thank you Mark"

"Wow what an amazing session! Mark was a kind and sensitive listener who immediately put me at ease. I had not mentioned to anyone that I was having the session but have received many comments in the days following about how I seem different, happier and lighter. I can honestly say that I feel that a door has been firmly shut on my past and I now have no specific feelings or emotions when I think about it, just a sense of it being there but no longer affecting me. I can't thank him enough for his valuable help."

"Mark used Havening to challenge a disturbing incident from my childhood.
This incident when I was nine would regularly resurface causing anxiety.
Following Havening the event has no power over me and, although I think occasionally about it, there are no feelings attached.
Thank you Mark Wingfield"

"If you met me, you would see me as a confident, happy young woman. You would see me as strong willed, compassionate, energetic and inspired person. You would see me as a hard working thriving individual with a thirst for knowledge and an enthusiasm for life. This is all true, but I have a very hidden and very lonely dark side too. Although that is all beginning to change.
I had been looking to find answers to help me deal with anxiety, depression and although being very close to my Dad, had a broken relationship with my Mum for a long time. As with any close relationships, my emotions took over when looking for solutions and the cycle of reconciliation with the need for answers made building a relationship with my mother impossible and the reoccurring anxiety and depression seemed like a life long prospect. Life went on and I learned to accept this as a never ending situation that was just going to have to be hidden from those around me because I was embarrassed of what I saw as my own failings.
Three years ago, my anxiety increased and after a week of sleepless nights and endless negative thinking, I took an overdose of beta blockers and almost stopped my own heart. I didn't think much of it at the time, things picked up, no one found out and I was able to start to forget. Until the cycle came round again.
I had taken part in a Havening demo with Mark and spoke to him about Havening for the issues I had been having with my relationship with my mum and the anxiety I was experiencing. It took a few hours and I discussed for the first time how I felt about my life. At first I wasn't sure if I had done the right thing. Until things started to change.
I now see my mum twice a month at least and we have been out on our own for the first time for many years. We text and are both building a relationship. I stopped looking for why things were wrong and as a result I have found solutions. I am so grateful for this, I have been able to speak openly for the first time about anxiety and depression and have found great support from my family. My anxiety is not gone, but I no longer fear the dark places it has taken me before. I know there is a possibility that the depression and anxiety will reoccur. But I now find solutions instead of trying to reason with problems.
I believe that Havening helped me to release the built up negative emotions I had been storing up. I would highly recommend Mark as a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner. His work has made a huge difference not only to my relationships but also my life. So thank you Mark. You deserve every success."

"I had a havening session with Mark to help manage a long standing issue following a traumatic event in my life.
After the session I felt fully re-energised and lighter, with all of my positivity returned. I no longer feel any anxiety to the traumatic event, and wish I had known of this therapy a long time ago.
My wife has also had havening therapy to help her, and I would highly recommend Mark."

"I had a havening session with Mark and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I have felt so positive and energised since. All issues that I had and any bad emotions I felt towards certain situations have seen to have disappeared!
It really is a rebalance of emotions that I once would have reacted negatively to but now find that things just don't bother me anymore and i am so much more positive!
I highly recommend this therapy. Mark is simply brilliant!!

"I suffer with anxiety, night terrors and depression. I do not want to use prescription drugs as they can be addictive. I turned to Mark for help. He sent me a self havening sheet. I used this for 2 nights and last night I slept without any night terrors. I highly recommend Mark."

"38 years ago I was a victim of sexual abuse and ever since the incident affected my life in a very negative way.
I could't forget it, felt dirty and stigmatised.
Recently I had an ADT session with Mark and after 30 minutes I felt very different.
It feels like it was just a bad dream now I can't even recall the detail of what happened.
It has made an amazing change to my life in a very positive way.
I no longer have any negative emotions about the incident and would recommend Mark to anyone who might have had a similar experience.
Thank you Mark."

"I had not heard of havening and went into the session curious, but did not expect to feel so differently afterwards. Mark is a calm and nurturing pair of hands and he gives you confidence in the technique and yourself. The session left me feeling relaxed afterwards but I was not prepared for the shift that happened over the next few weeks. I felt calmer, more in control, and ready to take on the world again. Mark is very experienced and has worked with people from all walks of life and helped them to find their way through difficult situations. I cant recommend him enough. Thank you Mark. "

"Having struggled with severe panic attacks since being diagnosed with PTSD in 2016 I was limiting what I did in everyday life to prevent panic attacks from happening. This was having a major impact on myself, my family and my career and development.
Driving, which was once one of the most relaxing things I did became something I feared. Prior to the PTSD I had driven circa 40k miles a year as part of work and I had never had any issues. Unfortunately my panic attacks started to happen in the car, in situations where I felt there was no escape (managed motorways where there was no hard shoulder, long stretches of roadworks where the concrete barriers were in place, A - Roads with solid barriers in the middle and no hard shoulder, on bridges, in tunnels etc).
After trying out other therapies including CBT, EMDR and hypnotherapy I was improving but never got to the point where I could confidently put myself in that situation alone and know I would be ok. I have therefore for the past 2 years, avoided these situations.
Mark was the speaker at a Procure Partnerships Framework wellbeing event I attended a few months ago. His talk - which promised to help you feel lighter within the hour if you followed his guidance - lived up to its promise. As a result I decided to invest in an online 1:1 session last week.
After just an hour online 1:1 with Mark I was able to drive 40 miles alone without any worries. Though I am yet to tackle a motorway/tunnel I did drive on numerous large A-Roads, over motorway bridges and for a distance/duration that I hadn't managed to do alone in such a long time. This was amazing, and the relief I felt from having confidence in myself once again was immense.
During the session Mark put me at ease, he was understanding of the situation and respectful of what had got me to this point. I'm excited to continue to use these techniques myself and keep working on the problem until I am once again confident at driving in all situations.
Thank you Mark!
