My journey with energy healing started after a car accident where I sustained a back and neck injury which doctors told me would keep me debilitated and in pain for the rest of my life. I refused to accept this and was guided to reiki. I healed my back and neck and was so amazed by the results of my healing that I went on to learn reiki and then teach it.

In 2012 I started intuiting new information in relation to energy healing which I didnt fully understand at first. I was guided forward with the information and intuited that this healing modality was to be called Cosmic Heart.

Cosmic Heart was launched in 2015 and over the last 9 years we have discovered that it is a dynamic system of healing that changes with the change in vibration of the planet and population so that it can meet the ever changing energetic needs of us all.

It has evolved greatly since we started working with it, moving from being very simple to very complex, to give us an understanding of the energies that were being cleared and now back to being very simple again. It is a very intuitive healing modality.

Cosmic Heart teaches us the importance of being heart and soul-led and heart-centred in all areas of our lives so that we can remain on our true Soul path and so complete our true soul purpose.

During my own healing journey I have come to understand how our previous lives can affect our current experiences and that exploring our past lives and forgiving other people, as well as ourselves on a conscious level can help us to release a lot of emotions and energies that no longer serve us and are stopping us from moving forward. With this in mind I became a past life regression therapist.

I also work with essential oils and crystals intuitively where appropriate.

I have also written a book called Conversations With Spirit Our Journey Home which is available on Amazon. This book is a channelled book that gives us greater insight and understanding into the preparation that we experience when it is time for us to leave the physical form. It also helps us to come to understand that we are spiritual beings having a human experience

I am a qualified nurse and was in nursing for many years.

My Specialisms

I work very intuitively with healing and so find myself working with people with all sorts of different issues and health problems. My focus is to bring body, mind and spirit back into balance.

The healings that I facilitate also clear the energies of your environment ( so your home, land, workplace) and your close family and friends as well.

I offer both in person and remote (distant ) sessions which can be booked on line, on my website.

My work has helped people with many different issues, such as; stress related illness, reducing/resolving physical symptoms, relationship issues, insomnia, mental health issues, anxiety and grief.

I am passionate about healing and past life regression as I have witnessed the difference they can both make to people's lives. Past life regression has helped people to understand that they are far more than their physical being and that death is just a transition into a different form. It has also helped reduce symptoms, resolve relationship issues and bring people to a greater understanding of themselves and where they need to create change in order to be able to move forward.

Approach to Healing & How I Work

It is important to me to build a rapport with my clients into gain insight and understanding as to what is going on in their lives so that we can address the issues, either through hearing or past life regression, depending on what the client wishes to experience.

When booking an appointment there is a form to complete, which I ask is completed in as much detail as possible even if you are seeing me in person as it gives me an understanding of what you are looking to address and so what if any questions I need to ask to gain further clarification.

For those of you having an in person session we will have a discussion and then facilitate the healing or regression with you lying on my couch, covered and fully relaxed. We will then have a discussion at the end of the experience so I can give you any feedback and you can ask any questions

For those having a remote session, you can either book a Zoom session so that we can have a conversation or have it with just email contact. For those having a remote session, I send the feedback as a voice note via email.

I was guided to stop teaching Cosmic Heart to new people a couple of years ago as everything kept changing rapidly. The information that has been intuited in relation to healing is universal knowledge that is available to all of us. I am expecting to be able to start teaching Cosmic Heart again later this year. Additional Rate Information

Remote healing that is a follow up session and email contact only is currently £45 for a 45 minute session I also offer remote emergency healing sessions at £80 for a 60 min session, for energetic emergencies, that are things that cant wait until the next available appointment. Healings may also be done for children or animals.
