I offer Integrated Healing Kinesiology which is a combination of Kinesiology, Reiki Healing, Life Coaching NLP and EFT.

I am passionate about getting people in touch with the power and healing resources that are within them to create positive outcomes and deep level change - and sharing energy tools to do so. I can support you in finding balance within yourself and in your life. If you are a sensitive person you are especially welcome.

Background & Healing Qualifications

I am fully qualified and have been a member of the Complementary Therapists Association since 2005. I am insured with Holistic Insurance and hold a current First Aid Certificate.

Integrated Healing Dip (IH.Dip). Reiki Master. Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Practitioner (please visit my website for full list of qualifications).

My Specialisms

I have come to specialise in working with sensitive people, who have found themselves trying to cope with stress; anxiety and other difficult feelings or energy problems. Many sensitive people have come for sessions with me - probably because I am one myself.

Approach to Healing & How I Work

There is a big focus on addressing emotional and energetic blocks that hold people back and can be at the root of other seemingly unrelated problems. You will learn techniques and life skills that will support you in between sessions and beyond. I have an intuitive yet very down to earth approach.

Appointments are available at my practice in Orchard Street, central Bristol and in central Bath at The Practice Rooms. On-line appointments are also available.

Additional Rate Information

The following options are available ~ I work in Bristol and Bath at The Practice Rooms and on-line. 8 week Package £480 (free in depth case history & consultation). 4 Week Package £240 (free in depth case history & consultation). Please note, the packages are for consecutive weeks. Initial 1.5 hour Integrated Healing /Kinesiology session is £75. Follow-up sessions of 1 hour are £60.
