I am based near the lovely North Devon coast and offer energy medicine/healing, counselling, wellness coaching and Heal Your Life sessions. My client base is local, national and international. I offer an initial chat for free to discuss how I may be best able to help you.

My philosophy is that the most important relationship we will ever have in life is with ourselves. When our internal world is in balance our life flows, we feel healthy, on the right path and we have loving and empowering relationships with others. However, when we are not in balance, when we are ill, stressed or when life feels over-whelming, the path back to well-being lies within.

One of the simplest ways to return to well-being is to discover and heal the root cause of any imbalance or 'dis-ease' by using energy healing techniques.

From ill health, stress, family, work & relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, addiction, or to simply feeling low or 'out-of-sorts', energy healing can help heal the underlying energetic imbalance. Once the energetic block or issue has been resolved, balance can be restored and energy can flow naturally and freely, leading positively towards health, joy and well-being.

I also offer counselling sessions as talking and sharing in a supportive space is in itself healing, especially for making sense of complex issues, both past and present, and for coming to terms with change, loss and grief. I offer counselling in combination with energy healing sessions.

As a wellness coach and Heal Your Life teacher I can also help you focus on creating a healthy and fulfilled life balance by releasing limiting beliefs and replacing them with positive intentions and visualisations. As well as one-to-one sessions I also offer mini workshops and a six session course in how to follow your joy and manifest your heart's longings. I love what I do and am in awe of my own healing journey where I used these techniques myself to help me successfully and fully recover from Stage 3 cancer. I learnt how to follow my heart and embrace a new and joyful way of living. I would feel honoured to help you achieve the same.

Additional Rate Information

Distance sessions available for both UK and International clients. Sessions £50 for first hour - £10 for each additional 15 minutes. Under 18's £40 per session. Sessions can be held flexibly to suit your needs and budget.
