I arrived at Homeopathy/natural medicine after having two children, our first had eczema and allergies, and our second had severe reflux. The increasing doses of medication and creams came with side effects and were not resolving the problems, so I set out to find an effective, alternative way of healing and discovered Homeopathy - the results were astonishing! I then explored further, treating friends and family for a variety of concerns such as relieving the symptoms of flu, fevers, colic, teething, ear infections, tonsillitis, sickness bugs, eczema, skin infections, travel sickness, hay fever, sports injuries, migraines, fear, grief, overwhelm, concentration and anxiety. The benefits of Homeopathy were endless…the repetitive infections stopped, eczema cleared up, we became healthier, more balanced and resilient without any reliance on medications. An additional benefit is we no longer needed to rush to the Doctors for antibiotics and over the counter medications and creams, I could resolve our family's illnesses naturally and quickly at home!

My career completely changed paths from a corporate Director to studing for 5 years to deeply understand how this nano medicine can help with the myriad of emotional, mental, physical symptoms and chronic illnesses that us and our loved ones encounter in life. Approach to Homeopathy & How I Work

I apply an empathetic, pragmatic, flexible and holistic approach to individual health, seeking to discover root causes and provide the tools to heal, support and restore health and wellbeing so you and your family feel your best.

The consultations take place via Zoom wherever you are located in the world, or in person if you are local (Cheshire).

In the initial consultation we discuss your current concerns, symptoms, health history, life events, your individuality, your nature. Homeopaths strive to perceive your individual way of experiencing your symptoms to find an appropriate remedy that matches you entirely, holistically. We will discuss your treatment plan and the bespoke remedy is then posted to you.

The follow up appointments will last up to 45 minutes and will usually take place 4-6 weeks after the first consultation. We will discuss your progress, impacts on your life, health and wellbeing. We will form the next treatment plan to continue the path to better health and happiness.
