I love to work with adults and children around issues of health, which I have been doing for many years. I have used homeopathy extensively for myself, my family and animals.
It is a safe, natural and holistic approach to health care. Good health is fundamental to our lives and being able to maintain this state of health allows us to enjoy our lives as fully as possible and to do whatever it is that is important for us to do. The holistic nature of the approach means that we consider you as whole beings; with all levels of your being including your physical condition, your mental health, your emotional stability and your spiritual well being, all being equally important and acknowledged as all connected.
As a result of my own continued learning and life experiences, I have recently added other healing tools to my practice. As well as the homeopathy I now offer Homeobotanicals as well as Flower essences
I run clinics in Hereford, Herefordshire and in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.

My Specialisms

I offer a Saturday morning clinic for parents to bring children to away from the busyness of the week. Children often respond so well to homeopathic treatment and getting them to a place of health and not dependent on medication is a rewarding result. I often see children who have been affected by recurrent infections, chronic and on going conditions, emotional upsets and issues arising from problems at school, sleep disturbances etc. Having regular homeopathic treatment is an investment in their future and area in which i love to work; please contact me for further information and to find our if homeopathy might help your child.
I also offer a specialised package for women going through a period of change or transition in their lives. During the initial consultation the question of what is going on will be explored; homeopathy and other health support provided if needed, and a set of sessions planned to offer mentoring and other support for an agreed period of time. This might be around hormonal changes or perhaps unexpected life changes such as a loss of a job or a partner; other changes such as a child leaving home or death of a family member can also precipitate the need for support and a new direction sought. All of these, as well as other issues, can be looked at, space given and support provided to walk at your side whilst this change unfolds. New possibilities and answers opening out as you walk this new path. I am happy to talk about what might be possible, so please do contact me.

Approach to Homeopathy & How I Work

I always start my work at the place where you, the person coming to consult me, is at. We may identify changes that would be beneficial, but these are only worked with and brought in at a pace that suits you. I work to support you and the change to an improved state of well being. I offer a safe, nurturing space for you to explore where you are in your life and what and where your current challenges are. The consultation is supportive and nourishing.
Treatments are highly individual and follow up appointments are a vital part of the on-going process; please expect to need to have at least 3 consultations even though these will be spread out often at 2-6 week intervals to allow for the integration necessary for your changes and for the remedies to work with you to support this.
