Hello my name is Sylvia Puca,
I practice Homeopathy, Gaps Therapy (gut and psychology) and I am an Asyra Practitioner
The Asyra offers non -invasive bioenergetic testing to help a client achieve optimal health.
First what needs to be assessed is which aspects of the clients current health are in a weakened or unbalanced state.
The necessary tests are run such as, food intolerance testing, hormone imbalances, emotional stressors etc., this offers a highly flexible method of assessing the current imbalances, indicating the necessary course of action to bring back harmony.
An imprint is issued from the machine, plus any necessary homeopathic remedies and supplementaion where needed. (more information on the Asyra on my website)
i am extremely passionate about what I do, I work from my home in Epsom Surrey and i am also a mobile Homeopath, covering the surrounding Surrey areas.
So i am very happy to go to my clients home, location permitting.
my journey with Homeopathy began over thirty years ago, after becoming quite sick and stressed i decided to embark on a mission of self discovery and through joining a relaxation class found the Bach flower essences and Homeopathy.
this was to change the course of my life and those of my family and friends.
it was eventually my Homeopath that inspired me to train as a homeopath and I graduated from The Lakeland College of Homeopathy in London.
my work gives me enormous pleasure and Homeopathy never fails to astound and amaze me.
As time went on, i became more and more interested on the effects that certain foods we eat can have on us, hence my work with Gaps and the Asyra.
it is important for us to recognise the link between our digestive health, our overall wellbeing and our mental stability, food has a huge impact on these things.
i find it fascinating working in different ways with different people and making sure that my therapies are flexible enough to cater for the needs of each individual.
there is no one size fits all, we are all unique in our needs and as unique beings we need to be treated as so.

I am a member of The Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, and practice by their code of conduct and ethics.
i am a graduate of The Lakeland College of Homeopathy London.
I am an Asyra Practitioner using bioenergetic Health screening to identify underlying causes which may be causing the existing health conditions.
The Asyra offers food intolerance testing, and sensitivities to environmental allergens, hormone and neurotransmitter profile, EFT and much more.
i am a qualified CEASE Therapist, CEASE therapy works with detoxification by Homeopathic remedies to alleviate the symptoms of Autism, ADD, ADHD and chronic modern disease.
I am a fully qualified Gaps practitioner, (gut and psychology Syndrome) having trained with Dr Natasha McBride MD, Gaps uses food as therapy and works to return the gut to a source of nutrition as opposed to one of toxicity.
I also have a Diploma in Food intolerance Testing, acquired through the School of Naturopathic Nutrition
and a Diploma in Nutrition with the School of Natural Health Sciences accredited by the ICHM

Homeopathy encompasses the physical, emotional and mental status of the physical being, however obstacles to cure can come about by the food that we ingest.
i cannot emphasis enough how important it is for us to take on board how what we eat effects our whole being and how we behave.
the vital link between the brain and the digestive system.
Food Intolerances can be the results of various insults to the body, coupled with a persons unique hereditary background.
an overload of toxic substances can stress the entire system, exposure to heavy metals, constant exposure to pollutants, chemicals and additives can all take its toll.
emotions if not properly processed can depress the Immune System.

Approach to Homeopathy & How I Work

Consultations approximately range from 1-2hrs in duration.
prices are charged by the duration of the session not by the hour.
i like my clients to feel that they have the time and space to record their journey, how their ailments began and what impact this is having on their life.
During the Consultation a full History is recorded to ascertain where the problem began.
at the end of the Consultation usually food and lifestyle changes are recommended alongiside Homeopathic remedies. (they are included in the price )
Full email or telephone support is offered throughout Consultations.
when having a Consultation with the Asyra, you will receive a full copy of the Health Screening Report and any handouts that would be of value to you.
you would also receive via email details of what we had discussed, elimination diet if necessary and recommendations for any supplementation deemed to be of value.
With Gaps therapy once again you would receive via email details of what we have discussed to get you back to health, recommendations for supplementation if necessary.
