After graduating university with a degree in Law, I have always worked and connected with people from all walks of life. But becoming a lawyer was not the next step in my professional life. I decided to pursue a career where I felt a calling. Ever since I can remember myself, I have always felt and known that my purpose in life is to help people. Through learning, growing, self-development and studying I have found my way into that role. My focus on energy healing led me to become a qualified Usui Reiki Practitioner. Whilst working with Reiki, I developed a special interest in neuroscience and how our mind works. I went on to qualify in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the leading CPHT in Central London, the school that provides the Gold Standard in Modern Therapeutic Techniques in the UK.

Approach to Hypnotherapy & How I Work

I love my work and find profound fulfilment in helping people to create positive change in their lives and to achieve their greatest potential. I can help people overcome challenges, break habits and become the best version of themselves. I do this by taking my clients on a journey of healing, growth and discovery to ensure that the transformation occurs gently and joyfully. My biggest delight is to see my clients' progress week by week, their genuine smile in the end of each session and feeling in a clearer, calmer state of mind when leaving.
My superpower is being an empath - I am very intuitive, compassionate and have an ability to deeply understand and feel the emotions of others.
