My motivation is for my clients to feel self worth, to have self confidence, and to move forward with their lives. Many suffer for a long time before seeking help, GP waiting lists can be long or maybe they don't realise the effectiveness of treatments like hypnotherapy.

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnosis. I am focused on helping individuals to heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. My promise is to be there for you every step of your journey.
