Approach to Hypnotherapy & How I Work

As everyone is different, I believe in an integrated approach to health and well-being. There are many routes you can take, including holistic and conventional approaches, the key is discovering what works for you.

I have personally benefitted from each of the treatments I offer, which is why I'm passionate about helping other people do the same. I never cease to be amazed at people's capacity not only to heal, but to transform in their own unique way.

I greatly enjoy working with people with a wide range of needs, physical and emotional. As Milton Erickson once said… ‘be the best that you and only you can be'. I find seeing people achieve success in the life they want, immensely rewarding and inspiring.

Additional Rate Information

1st session £85 thereafter £80 Please allow 60 minutes for each session. For the first session allow up to 90 minutes. 3 sessions paid in advance - £220 (valid for 3 months) 6 sessions paid in advance - £430 (valid for 6 months)
