I have worked with people for over 20 years firstly with Aromatherapy then Reiki and Yoga. My experiences made me want to learn how to be of greater help to the emotional difficulties that many of my clients were facing. This led me into the Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP which can bring about positive life changing changes in a relatively short period of time..
