I have worked in various sectors including NHS, Private and 3rd Sector delivering a range of workshops and one to one Client work including Courses in Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Colour Therapy and Heal Your Life, Achieve Your Dreams and Therapies including Reiki and Indian Head Massage. I am registered with the FHT, CNHC, Reiki Association and International Wheel of Colour Association and qualified in my first Therapy in 1998.
