Houry is passionate about World Peace and a World without borders coming together, practicing ‘Live and Let Live' and sharing resources. Idealistic? True, but dreams can manifest and she would like to focus and contribute to that ideal. However, in order to effect World Peace she feels it has to be fostered in the Self. If you want to see a change outside, change the inside.

Houry has worked as a healing and wellbeing facilitator since 2007. Her current approach combines NES Health Bioenergetix, Pain Management, Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Energy Healing, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Therapy and Crystal Light Therapy tailored to her client's needs. She believes healing takes place holistically: spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Houry is a walking testimony of healing her own traumas through self-query and alternative therapies.

Houry's life traumas drove her into abuse, bulimia, alcoholism and obsessive compulsive disorders, all signs of self-hatred and doubt. In 2005, she walked out of the corporate world to seek answers and to heal herself. She was exposed to many healing techniques and therapies and as a result decided to learn a few. Her healing journey continues and she realised she can only heal herself by facing her shadow self, fears, emotions, insecurities.
