I am a humanistic / pluralistic counsellor registered with the NCPS and a registered Hypnotherapist with the HS. My approach utilises three varying modalities: Person-centred Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I specialise particularly in (normalised) childhood trauma / childhood emotional abuse for both adults and minors (0-18 years), and self-relationship issues and rebuilding.
I have extensive experience and training in anxiety, stress management, bereavement, Addiction, Autism and Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD, general neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ Issues, self harm, OCD and many more.
Drawing on my experience as a counsellor, I've come to understand that you are as diverse and unique as the issues that you may bring to counselling. If you're considering seeking support, it might help to know that everyone who walks through my door comes from all different walks of life, each with their own important story and personal challenges.
I believe in offering a strong non-judgemental environment, that I hope you will be able to utilise as a safe space, to explore and work through any thoughts feelings and experiences that may have been challenging you or causing you issue. The space I offer will always be yours and I am only there to support you on this journey of growth that you have bravely decided to take your first steps in.
I want to reassure, that any individual and any problem is welcome within my space. I have a lot of experience with sex workers, the neurodivergent and the LGBTIQA+ communities as well as with men's mental health and that of the mature population, and hope that all those who are struggling may find the space and peace that they are looking for here.
I could tell you more about myself, but I feel it would be far better to meet me, in order for you to learn more and to decide what is best for you. Equally I will always be looking forward to meeting you and learning all about the wonder that is you.
