I had discovered my own way into NLP & Hypnotherapy around a decade ago after experiencing my own difficulties with anxiety and depression that had led to me losing a job of ten years standing.

I enjoy being able to work with individuals to allow them to use their own internal resources and find that they can flourish moving beyond past limitations to find their full potential.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

My ethos and understanding is that all individuals have the resources and answers within them to discover their own growth and solution. I work alongside to find a path that can often surpass both our expectations as it emerges.

I always require a (free no obligations) consultation call as a starting point to the work. This gives us both a place in which we can both discuss expectations and both agree whether or not we feel I am the right person to work with you. If so I will suggest a plan with the pricing model and the growth can start from there...

Additional Rate Information

I offer sessions both in person and online as per individual circumstance and preference. The standard charge for and hours session is £75 but then provide a range of options to pay for a number of sessions in advance, discounting the price slightly. The best option and plan is discussed with the client further to a free initial consultation call in which we can both agree that working together may be advantageous.
