I am a busy wife , mother, and grandmother, and am passionate about human potential. I believe it is our birthright to feel comfortable, safe and happy, and it is our personal responsibility to ensure that these things are present in our lives. Our Health and Wellbeing is down to the care, respect, and time we devote to it. Of course sometimes Health issues are out of our control, but how we approach getting well, they time and effort we give to supporting our path to wellness, can dictate eventual results.
I support people to achieve this, whilst persuing it myself. I am interested in travel, horses, rugby league, belly dancing, Holidays, and having fun.
I love what I do, and celebrate change, being grateful for the opportunites to help others make their changes..

Background & Massage Therapy Qualifications

My first job was with a global Bank, working in Customer services and business development. In 2001, after losing both of my parents I found Reiki, and went on to learn levels 1 and 2, eventually becoming a Reiki Master. Following this I subsequently went on the the following -, Qualified ECBS Bowen Technique, Diploma in Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Tibetam acupressure Head Massage, Practitioner of Australian Bush flower essences, and Psychological Kinesiology, Diploma NCFE Life coaching/NLP, Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

My Specialisms

Muskulo-skeletal problems, Trauma, PTSD, Pregnancy and fertility, stress and emotional anxiety. I have an extensive knowledge of working with Bowen therapy and am currently studying towards a qualification in scar tissue work.

Approach to Massage Therapy & How I Work

I work with the person not the symptoms. The map is not the territory, and the story is not defining.
I am empathetic in my approach and continually strive to improve my knowledge but attending Continuing development courses. I believe in a multi-dimensional approach, integrating various techniques at times, looking at the whole person.
