My journey into Complementary Therapies started when a friend of mine was practicing with me using Reiki. During our practice session, I felt something that my inner being longed for that I was not aware of. Since then, there was a pull for me to know more about complementary therapies. It felt like I was chosen to be a therapist.

I started offering body massages in 1999. However, my interest has always been in health and well-being. I take a wholesome view of myself, and this reflects in treating each of my individual clients. It was a natural progression to venture out to other modalities. Basically, I facilitate the healing process of people who seek my support and it gives me pleasure to see their transformation.

I evolve as a therapist and so as my practice. It turned out that I am natural at energetic palpation and my forte is subtle energies. Sensing energies through Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy is very useful in treating pre-birth, childhood as well as adulthood trauma. The results could be instant or a few sessions depending on the case.
Currently, I am training on Spinal Flow Technique to add to my tool box skills.
