Acupuncture (including electro-acupuncture, moxa and cupping)
Acupressure
Tuina (an East Asian Medicine type of therapeutic massage)
Naturopathy (a system of inducing healing by natural means including diet, exercise and massage)
In a first consultation (usually 1 1/4 hour) I take a detailed account of the health history. This will lead me to make a diagnosis based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, taking account of any Western diagnosis. I will make detailed personal recommendations with regards to diet, exercise and other life style aspects. An acupuncture treatment may be included in this session. Follow-up sessions will look at the developments since the last session and will usually last about 50 minutes.
